Data retentionWhen Wonderland processes your personal data, such data will be retained (i.e., kept) for as long as required for the purposes it was processed for. Sometimes, Wonderland may retain your personal data if you consent to us doing so, or we are legally required to do so.In particular, Wonderland will retain your personal data based on the following purposes and reasons:* Contract: if Wonderland has concluded a contract with you, then we will retain your personal data as necessary to fully perform the contract (for example, we will retain your account data until we or you delete the account, and your content may be retained indefinitely where we exercise the right to your content in perpetuity in our productions).

* Consent: Wonderland may be allowed to retain personal data for longer periods of time whenever you have given consent to such processing, unless you withdraw your consent.
* Legal obligations: Wonderland may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to fulfil a legal obligation or upon order of an authority (for example, we may retain payment and transaction data for at least 6 years for tax verification purposes).Once Wonderland stops retaining your personal data, you will be unable to exercise your legal rights (such as those to access, erase or rectify) in connection with the respective personal data. * you must not share your account with another person or entity unless specified otherwise.1.2 Account terminationYou can close your account and stop using the digital service at any time by doing so in your account settings or directly contacting us.1.2.1 Account suspension and deletionWonderland reserves the right to reset your username, as well as suspend or delete your account at any time for any reason, including if it breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.Suspending or deleting accounts does not entitle you to claim any compensation, damages, or reimbursement.The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to you does not exempt you from paying any applicable fees or prices.2. Content on the digital serviceUnless otherwise noted or clearly recognisable, all content on the digital service is owned or provided by Wonderland and/or our licensors.Wonderland makes a good-faith effort to ensure all content complies with applicable laws and respects third-party rights. However, this may not always be achievable. You acknowledge, accept and confirm that any content you provide is subject to the general conditions for content set forth in such Section 5.You acknowledge and accept that by providing your content, you grant Wonderland a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the entire protection term), sub-licensable and transferable licence throughout the universe to access, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, process into derivative works, broadcast, stream, transmit or otherwise use and exploit such content (including your username and/or legal name, voice, biographical data and likeness or other representation and photographs of you) in any existing or future media or format.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any and all moral rights, performer rights, publicity rights and personality rights you hold in connection with your content.You acknowledge and accept that Wonderland may produce content that features humourous elements as a fundamental feature, and your content may be used in a way you personally deem negative, personal, surprising, offensive or otherwise unfavourable.3.1 Liability for provided contentYou are solely liable for any content you upload, post, share, or otherwise provide through the digital service.You accept that Wonderland does not actively filter or moderate user content but reserves the right to remove, delete or block such content at its own discretion and, without prior notice, restrict your ability to provide content to the digital service, including but not limited to:* upon becoming aware of your actual or reasonably suspected violation of these terms and conditions, any third-party rights (including rights to privacy and to be free of defamation), or applicable law, based on such content;
* if a notice of infringement of copyright and/or other intellectual property rights is received;
* upon order of competent authorities (such as judicial bodies and law enforcement agencies); or
* where Wonderland is made aware that the content remaining on the digital service may represent a risk for users, third parties and/or the availability of the digital service.The removal, deletion or blocking of content by Wonderland for any or no reason shall not entitle you to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement; Wonderland recommends you keep copies of your content if desired for future reference.You agree to indemnify and hold Wonderland harmless from and against any claim asserted and/or damage suffered due to content you provided to or through the digital service.4. Access to external resourcesThrough the digital service, you may access external resources provided by third parties as part of links (including affiliate links which provide Wonderland revenue through commissions), redirections, integrations or otherwise. You acknowledge and accept that Wonderland has no control over these resources and is not responsible for their content or availability.Conditions for third-party resources, including any rights granted in their content, are governed by those third parties' terms and conditions or otherwise by applicable law.In particular, you may see advertisements displayed on the digital service. These are provided by third-party advertising networks, and Wonderland does not control or moderate such advertisements. If you click on any such advertisement, you will be interacting with the third party/parties responsible for that advertisement.5. Acceptable useThe digital service may only be used within the scope of what is provided for, under these terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our website and service does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.We reserve the right to protect our legitimate interests if you are involved in or reasonably suspected of the following:5.0.1 Conduct restrictions* breaching any representations or warranties made under these terms and conditions (such as those relating to your stated age or affiliation with a third party);
* using the digital service in any way that falsely implies a professional relationship with Wonderland;
* stealing someone else’s identity or claiming to represent a third party without unless explicitly allowed to do so by such third party;
* misleading the digital service into granting you access to unauthorised areas (such as accessing paid content without making the relevant payment, providing an incorrect age or using a virtual private network in order to bypass geolocked material);
* using an ad blocker or otherwise blocking the display of advertising;
* transferring ownership of your account except where explicitly allowed to do so by Wonderland;
* probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the digital service (and any networks in connection with the digital service) unless where explicitly allowed to do so by Wonderland;
* hacking or otherwise breaching any security or authentication measures on the digital service (and any networks in connection with the digital service), including digital rights management or other access restriction measures;
* capturing or storing in any way personal data from the digital service;
* using the digital service (or any digital infrastructure in connection with the digital service) in an abusive, excessive or otherwise harmful manner, such as in connection with any malware, spyware, virus or other harmful computer code;
* using the digital service in a way that puts it under an undue burden;
* adopting any automated process to extract, harvest, mine or scrape information, data and/or content from the digital service (including in connection with any large language model, foundation model, deep machine learning, generative artificial intelligence model or algorithm) unless explicitly allowed to do so by Wonderland; or
* using the digital service in breach of applicable laws and regulations or in any other way that could reasonably harm the reputation and goodwill of Wonderland.5.0.2 Content restrictions* disseminating, publishing or otherwise providing content which
* promotes dangerous behaviour (such as recreational drug use, suicide and excessive drinking);
* contains graphic and gratuitous or unlawful (such as sexual and animal cruelty) violence;
* promotes (directly or otherwise) racism or other discrimination;
* promotes, or assists, in unlawful or illegal behaviour;
* is defamatory, maliciously false, harassing, threatening, abusive or otherwise unlawful or illegal;
* is pornographic, lewd or sexually explicit;
* may cause unjustified alarm to society (such as false statements of fact regarding healthcare or political events);
* infringes on the patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of any third party;
* infringes on privacy rights, official secrets legislation or any other third-party legal rights; or
* disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of the digital service or another user's experience or devices (such as fraudulent activities or unauthorised advertisements or promotions).Depending on the severity, actions we may take in response include:* denying you access to the digital service on a temporary or permanent basis;
* requiring you to change subscription plans to continue your use of the digital service; and/or
* commencing legal action against you for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise.Notwithstanding the above, Wonderland may, at its sole discretion, choose to waive certain breaches where it believes it to have a valid educational, documentary, scientific or artistic justification.
6. Liability and indemnificationWonderland limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed upon with you.6.1 IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold Wonderland and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees and monies paid in connection with settling cases) due to or in connection with your actual or alleged breach of these terms and conditions or third-party rights related to your use of the digital service to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6.2 Limitation of liabilityUnless explicitly stated otherwise and subject to applicable law, you cannot claim damages against us (or any individual or entity acting on our behalf) for any reason, including but not limited to:* any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including business damages such as damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill);
* damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorised access or use of the digital service or any infrastructure, user account or information contained therein;
* errors, omissions, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any content and/or any resultant loss and damage incurred from the reliance on such content;
* any interruption or cessation of transmission to, or from, the digital service
* deletion of your content by Wonderland for any or no reason;
* any malware, spyware, adware or the like that may be transmitted to, or through, the digital service;
* any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content; and/or
* the unlawful (including in breach of privacy rights or defamation law) or illegal conduct of users or third parties.The liability of Wonderland will not exceed the greater of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) or the amount you have paid in respect of the digital service in the preceding 12 months.This limitation of liability section will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction, whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Wonderland has been advised of the possibility of such damage.6.2.1 Users in the United Kingdom and European UnionIf you are a user based in the United Kingdom or European Union, the above Section 6.2 does not apply to:* damages affecting life, health, or physical integrity;
* damages arising from the breach of significant contractual obligations (such as those necessary to fulfill the contract's purpose);
* damages resulting from intentional or gross negligence;
* any other damages we cannot limit or exclude under applicable law.Unless damages stem from intentional or gross negligence, or impacts on life, health, or physical integrity, or any other cause that cannot be limited under applicable law, the liability of Wonderland is limited to typical and foreseeable damages at the time the contract was entered into, and unless prohibited by law, will not exceed the monetary amount stated in the above Section 6.2.6.3 Limited warrantiesWonderland provides the digital service “as is” and “as available”. Your use of the digital service is at your own risk. We explicitly state that we are not making any promises or guarantees unless required to do so by law. These include assurances about the quality of the digital service, its suitability for your specific needs, its compliance with the laws of any jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom, or whether it infringes on anyone else's rights. Please keep in mind that any advice or information you receive from Wonderland or through the digital service does not create any warranties beyond what we have explicitly stated here, and that you should not use it in any way as an alternative to a medical, legal, financial or other professional.Content may contain material you personally deem explicit, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, while we strive to provide accurate and reliable content, we cannot guarantee that it is always going to be the case. We do not guarantee that the digital service will always meet your requirements or be available when you need it. There might be interruptions, or it might not function correctly due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of the internet or any public telecommunications network, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections, power failures, industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, epidemics, pandemics, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks or wars. While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we cannot ensure that the service will be free of harmful elements like bugs, viruses or Trojan horses. If you choose to download any content from the digital service, you are assuming the risk, and we are not responsible for any damage it might cause to your devices or data.Wonderland does not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised through the digital service or any links provided on the digital service except where explicitly stated otherwise. Wonderland is not a party to any transactions between you and third-party providers, so any interactions or agreements you make with them are solely your responsibility.The digital service might not always be compatible with your web browser, mobile device, or operating system. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee it in every situation. As such, we want to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for any perceived or actual damages that result from issues related to the content, operation, or use of our service.Although certain exclusions and limitations are contained in these terms and conditions, these may not apply to you depending on the laws of your jurisdiction. National law, as well as certain state or other jurisdictional laws, may offer protections that supersede our disclaimers and exclusions. No waiver will constitute a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.7.2 InterruptionTo maintain the best service level, we reserve the right to interrupt the digital service for maintenance, updates, or other changes, with appropriate notification.We may suspend or discontinue the service within legal limits. If discontinued, we will assist you in withdrawing personal data and respect your rights regarding continued product use and compensation under applicable law.The service may be unavailable due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as infrastructure breakdowns or blackouts.7.3 ResellingYou may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the digital service (including your account) without the express written permission of Wonderland, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling programme.7.4 Privacy noticeFor further information on the use of personal data in connection with the digital service, you can refer to our privacy notice.7.5 Intellectual property rightsWithout prejudice to any more specific provisions in these terms, all intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and design rights) in the compilation of the digital service are exclusively owned by Wonderland and/or our licensors. These rights are protected by applicable laws and international treaties concerning intellectual property. You must not move, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce to human-readable form the digital service without explicit permission from Wonderland.The Wonderland logo, Visual Horror Society, and any other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos associated with the digital service (whether nominal or figurative) are and remain the exclusive property of Wonderland or our licensors. These are also protected by applicable laws and international treaties related to intellectual property.7.6 Changes to the terms and conditionsThese terms and conditions were last updated on January 19, 2026.Wonderland reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time, informing you of any changes. Unless required by applicable law, such changes will only affect the relationship with you from the date communicated onwards.Your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the changes, you must stop using the service and terminate the agreement.The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to your acceptance. Wonderland does not file versions of these terms and conditions for each individual user and recommends you keep copies of these terms and conditions for future reference.If legally required, we will notify you in advance of when the modified terms will take effect.7.7 Assignment of contractWonderland reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these terms and conditions, considering your legitimate interests. Provisions about changes to these terms will apply accordingly.You cannot assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without the express written permission of Wonderland.7.8 SeverabilityInvalidity or unenforceability of any provision under applicable law will not affect the validity of other provisions, which will remain in full force and effect. The provision will be interpreted to the extent reasonably required to render it valid, enforceable, and consistent with its original intent, or otherwise replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.7.8.1 Users in the United Kingdom and European UnionThe above Section 7.8 applies, except that these terms may be nullified where:* the severed provisions are essential for these terms and conditions, or of such importance that you or Wonderland would not have entered into the contract if it was previously known that the provision was invalid; or
* where the remaining provisions would translate into an unacceptable hardship for you or Wonderland.7.9 Entire agreementThese terms and conditions (in addition to any specific and/or additional terms and conditions) constitute the entire legally binding agreement in connection with the digital service between you and Wonderland and supersede all other communications, including but not limited to prior agreements concerning such subject matter, to the maximum extent permitted by law.7.10 Governing law and jurisdictionThese terms are governed by English law, without regard to conflict of laws principles; accordingly, the exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy related to these terms lies with the courts of England and Wales, except that:* if you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you reserve the right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts under applicable law;
* if you are permitted by applicable law to bring legal proceedings in your jurisdiction and/or under your governing law, you may do so; and
* Wonderland may bring legal proceedings regarding any intellectual property rights and actual and/or alleged breaches of these terms and conditions in any jurisdiction.7.11 Surviving provisionsThese terms and conditions will continue in effect until they are terminated by either Wonderland or you. Upon termination, the provisions contained in this document that by their context are intended to survive termination or expiration will survive, including but not limited to the following:* your grant of licences under these terms and conditions will survive indefinitely;
* your indemnification obligations will survive for a period of six (6) years from the date of termination; and
* the disclaimer of warranties and representations and the stipulations under the section containing indemnity and limitation of liability provisions will survive indefinitely.
